  Nancy we offer self-defense classes Tues/Thurs at 8PM and Sat at 11AM. Our system has over 130 techniques which cover realistic attack scenarios. It's based off of leverage which means a smaller person can defend against a larger attacker. Feel free to stop in to watch or participate in a free triall class. The latest post on our fan page has a video demonstrating some of the techniques we teach.
