  I highly recommend Action Plumbing: (317) 590-5993. Owner Jeff Satterthwaite says the combination of new low-water-usage toilets with old plumbing can cause issues, often because the rough edges of old drain pipes can require more water to push the waste through. Experienced master plumber and friend-o'-mine!
