  The best Makeup Artist I have encountered here is Scharon Isse. I have used her on professional photo shoots both for fashion and for portraits. She's very professional and does great work. She just recently did I believe the Dolphins cheerleader calendar shoot or something to that effect. You can see her work at www.makeupbyscharon.com.
