  I am retired in Bella Vista and have some duplexes in Rogers. I had a water heater go out and got several bids to replace all at $1200 to $1300. I bought the tank at $300.00 and got Steve Magarr at 479-381-1519 a friend of my son who is a master plumber in Kansas City and is also a master plumber in Benton County to change it out for $300.00.I would recommend him to do any plumbing problems that any one has to use him.   My husband and I recently moved to Bella Vista and are looking for a good termite/exterminator as well as a good handyman. We have such an interesting house. Light switches control electric wall plugs, but only the bottom plugs. And, there is a room which I swear must have a defective ceiling fan or electric switch because we cannot get it to go on.
