anonymous: my husband and I are planning for baby 3. However, my last pregnancy was painful and caused hip/pelvic (arthritic) problems which has caused my leg muscle to go wacky on me. It seems my body hates pregnancy. My hubby wants me to get into shape (I am a bit over weight) but I am not so certain that it will help much besides core strengthing may help a bit. But I do want to be in tip top baby making shape! Any suggestions for food planning (vegetarian), core exercises and supplements to take for pain? Whats a good way to deal with some these issues (I have tried chiro care)... THANKS!
