  The Needle's Kiss!! They do awesome stuff! They're on Ingham Road in West End. They have a web site, think you need an appointment though, but def worth it :) There's also Second Skin Tattoo Studio in Kirwan, apparently they're alright, but most everyone I know goes to The Needles's Kiss :)
