  Dr. William O. Butler was my grandfather (Pa). He owned Karns Animal Clinic (the one beside the elementary school) for 51 years. Before he passed away, he hand picked Dr. Meg and Frank Davis to sell the clinic to. The number is (865) 690-1282.
