  Dia Doce makes wonderful vegan cupcakes. Not all of their cupcakes are vegan, but the vegan ones are some of the best I've had. They won on a Cupcake Wars episode last season. They may be able to make cakes as well. But a few varieties of delicious cupcakes might be nice as well.
