Hi I need some help with finding some form of activity for my son to help with his anger issue he is 9 yrs old he does have special needs he can be quite violent but he also has been targeted by groups of bullies on the estate. But he never defends himself he basically takes whatever they dish out at him but then comes home in such a mess and often becomes violent towards myself. So I am desperate to find someone who can help channel his anger but release it in a safe way. Thank you.

Hi I'm looking to getting back into fighting (boxing/Krav Maga/kickboxing/ jujitsu) Is there anyone out there that can recommend me a good instructor for any of these arts or other classes to do with fighting? And even better if an instructor that does one on ones and would be willing to take me all the way through gradings.. Cheers
