She has been in foster and must be returned to shelter. She has had all shots, chipped and spayed. She is light Heartworm positive and weighs 29 lbs. She is a year and half old. She had been living with 3 other dogs and gets along beautifully with them. She is housebroken and uses a doggie door. She is a very sweet girl!! Her foster mom has given her lots of love and attention (she just cannot keep 4 dogs). It will be very hard for her to come back to shelter, so please please post on her. Lady is a perfectly beautiful Blue Tick Hound!! She is 2 years old, all shots, chipped, spayed and weighs 45 lbs. She is Heartworm positive and can easily be treated. She does not need to live her life in a kennel for hunting! She is so very sweet and loving and would make a great family pet. She is fine on a leash and adores sweet talk and petting-- very loving! I have a Blue Tick named Lena Horn- She is twice the size of Lady and loves everyone- they do have a different bark-( she also adores attention) Lady is smaller than most Blue Ticks, which makes it better to be an inside pet! We require a vet check and home visit- the only hunting for her now should be squirrels in a backyard!! She has had the kennel life- Please help us get this wonderful girl to a loving home! Thanks! She has all of the markings of a German Shepherd but is smaller.She weighs 46 lbs, all shots, chipped and is to be spayed Tuesday if we can get her safe.She is a year and half old and is low positive for heartworms. She was owner surrender- he just said he loved her, but he was not living in a good place for her! She has no issues!! Gets along beautifully with everyone(dogs and people) she is housebroken and ok on leash!! Please help me get her to safety!! Thanks!   UPDATE: ADOPTED!!! COURTESY POST: GRACIE AT KILL SHELTER IN MANY, LA - Gracie was brought in by her owners right before Christmas and had had her since she was a puppy- I do not know anymore details- I just know this is so sad for her. She is a full Lab , all shots, chipped spayed and Heartworm negative. She is a little overweight, but in great shape otherwise. She has a beautiful shiny coat and a wonderful disposition! She weighs 73 lbs. She is a sweetheart and very very loving!! She gets along well with everyone and has been loved. No issues and appears housebroken!! I know she is wondering why- and so am I---Please help me get her into a loving home or a good rescue!!   KILL SHELTER - Many, LA (SABINE parish) last call!!! From Ellen Abington (318) 471 6910 - "Shelter is full, so these I am posting on are in danger!!! Teddy Boy is a wonderful big dog!! He weighs 70 lbs, all shots, chipped, neutered. He is Heartworm positive, but can be easily treated with Dioxie and Heartguard plus. (Remember it is not contagious!!) He is 2 and 1/2 years old. He gives bear hugs, fine on a leash and loves playing with other dogs!! Loves people , children and would be a great family dog. He is very happy!!! I would not recommend him for someone older because of his size.he has a real zest for life and would be very loyal!! He was adopted at the shelter, a year ago and returned because of change of lifestyle??? They have him down as an Alaskan Malamute- Retriever mix- Please, please post on Teddy and get him into a home!! Thanks!   NOT SAFE... had a rescuer but fell thru... he is in a kill shelter and needs rescue ASAP! Here's his info: Rex is a precious 8 month old Hound mix!! He is so tired of being confined in that kennel. I have been able to hold onto him because- he is hw negative, neutered, all shots including Rabies and microchipped. He weighs 39 lbs. We have so f.ew people coming in to adopt. He was turned into shelter because he got too big !?! Please if you of anyone looking for a great companion to love and run and play with Rex is completely ready to go. Please call me right away!!
