  Hello! I run Andover Pilates & Physiotherapy based at Kenyons Yard. We run 21 matwork classes a week, all small (max of 9) and friendly, led by a Physiotherapist.   Thank you Morwenna Bennett. Have a look at www.andoverpilates.co.uk . We run 17 small, friendly Physiotherapy led Pilates classes (max 9 per session) throughout the week. We run evening classes too. Classes range from very low level/ chair based to intermediates, Swiss ball only, post natal Pilates (with babies) and classes for those only able to manage 30 minutes.
