  Hey everyone. I don't know if this is allowed on here.. But I'm desperate for some help with my little dog and if it's not, could you point me in the right direction. I have a little shitzu x Maltese terrier and he has a problem with his ears that doesn't seem to be going away. They smell and he is constantly itching them and I think they are making him crazy... I hear him yelp sometimes so I think it's really starting to hurt him. I've been to the vet a few times and every time he is sent home with ear drops or cream that isn't helping. I was watching bondi vet the other night and saw a little dog that looked like he had the same problem! And he had to actually have this mucus stuff drained out of his ears. I think that might be what's wrong with my dog, because if you feel around his ears, you can feel/hear squelchiness in his ears. It's kind of hard to explain....has anyone had this problem/can offer advice or know a good vet in cairns who can help and won't cost a complete fortune? I really want him to be his normal self again.
