  Does Smart Beginnings offer advising/counseling to individual families regarding Kindergarten Readiness? Also, do you or any other agency you can recommend offer tutoring for Kindergarten students, especially as it relates to social development (following instructions, working independently, playing well with others). And, what are your recommendations for after school program? Thanks!
