  There is a abandoned house owned by a bank next door to me does anyone know how to get them to clean up the property (trim bushes and hedges hanging in our backyard) passerby are throwing trash there and raccoons are making a home.   Call Health Department 973-680-4024 till 430 will get human after that leave a message Just did that for the disgusting house next to me on E Almira St Had to do the same several years back (same house) and they got the place cleaned up with in a weeks time (yard was a garbage dump with mice rats and racoons) Good Luck
