  Hi Everyone The reason for the loss of signal is due to the major retune which will take place on Weds 19 th Sept 2012 AM. It is required that all equipment with freeview built in be retuned on the morning of this date. The reason for this retune: Freeview HD stations such as BBC HD (channel 54) & ITV HD (channel 51) will be moving to the 100's (ie BBC HD 104) and improvements to the EPG (electronic programe guide) will be taking place. We have found that retuning your equipment now may stop the brake up on the major stations (1-5) but you may lose extra stations (DAVE) until the major retune is completed on Weds 19 th Sept 2012 Please feel free to give us a ring for more information on this.
