  Funky Winker Beans is a dive bar that has many of these things, including karaoke at 9 pm each night and much live music. Perhaps someone else can comment on dance floor availability. The Astoria is a dive bar with a dance floor, but I don't see any upcoming karaoke. Pat's Pub is a dive bar with live jazz.
