  ISO: info on how to become a foster for kittens in need. I've fostered cats for an organization when I lived in Austin and they covered all vet bills. I have the time, space, and food for several kittens but would not be able to afford to spay/neuter and vet them all at full cost.   ISO someone in cat rescue. I found and rehabilitated three kittens who were wandering the street in Friendswood, their mother was hit by a car. They are 7-8 weeks old, very affectionate purr machines. They will come with a supply of Revolution (fleas/ticks/wormer) and a donation for their spay. They came to me emaciated and petrified, now they're plump little furballs and I just don't have the resources to find them homes. Looking for someone who has experience placing kittens, they are an awesome bunch! Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

  Can someone advise the best best to have a kitten spayed, that's not outrageously expensive? I've checked around online, also with CAPS, but seems places charge as much as $600, or you take them to a place where you stand in line, wait, drop off the pet, like an assembly line.
