  Message received: Hi, please can you let local people know. This morning whilst I was walking the dog ( between 05.30 & 05.45) I Walked along the path that connects Moor Grove and Badenham Road which runs behind long cross school. There was a person stood up and hiding in the bushes. He/she came out just as I passed. Did so very quietly. Luckily I heard and ran. I was very scared so didn't get any description. I did hear a noise behind me but didn't look back. Please be warned any walkers/dog walkers who walk in the dark

  Can anyone advise who the point of contact is re nuisance noise etc? I live in the Cavell Drive area, next to a house which has sharers as tenants. They are friendly enough, but all work shifts and so pretty much 24/7 one of them is playing music out. Even watching tv at a normal level or sitting peacefully outside is impossible. Some days I can't even have windows open as the cannibas smell from them standing in their back garden smoking joints wafts up into my living room.
