  The latest leaflet states that grassed areas will be cut weekly. I have seen no signs of any grass cutters in Rosemary Close for weeks now and the grass is now over 6 inches long. Further to this I suggest you instruct the contractor to set the cutting blades so they actually cut and drive the mowers slow enough so that they actually cut, because all that's happing at the moment is that they're skimming the top of the grass and not actually cutting it.
