  Looking for some third wave coffee shops in Phoenix and East Valley Hey there. I am starting to enjoy third wave coffee more after a recent trip to Cartel in Tempe. I also enjoy Jobot (which coincidentally use a custom Cartel blend). As well, Lux on Central was tasty as well. I want to find different places to try different beans.   There are lots, and your favorite will depend on which combination of coffee, food, style, and environment you prefer. * Echo Coffee on Thomas in Scottsdale * Terra Java on Indian School in E Phoenix * Crepe Bar in S Tempe has good coffee * Black Cat on Indian School in E Phoenix * Greater Than Coffee inside CO+HOOTS on Washington * Matador in far N Phoenix * Giant Coffee in central Phoenix near Central & McDowell * The Coffee Shop out in Gilbert Those are off the top of my head.
