  FROM A FAN: I am in ned of a handyman to do stuff on the "honey-do"list. The most current job would be someone who has experience with a PVC railing/deck that is set on a flat rubber roof. It's sagging and needs to be fixed with something. Also have jobs throughout the year...storms/AC's in/out etc. What do you charge and what is your experience?
