  Question, anyone know of any programs in Sylvan that observe your child & give you tips on how to cope with their behaviour? Our 2 year old throws out of control tantrums & we have tried everything & nothing is helping. I know she's 2 & it's normal behaviour for a 2 year old but hers is just a little extreme. She can be happy one minute then something so small can completely throw her off & she goes from 0 to 10. Everything I do as a parent I get concerned I'm going to end up having her go off. She hits, yells, screams & of course yells no. She gets so mad she vibrates & shakes & sometimes bites herself. I don't know what's causing her to act like this & it's always worse when daddy's home. She won't leave her dads side when he's home. She will want you to cuddle her but then freak out cause your arms are around her then you move them & she freaks out again cause they aren't touching her. I'm looking for any advice or any doctors that you would recommend that can give us some tips & advice please :) thank you!!

  Speak with your family doctor and ask for a referral to a pediatrician or possibly even the Aspire center in Red Deer. http://aspirespecialneeds.ca/

  Please call Debbie Berlinguette at Aspire at 403-340-2606, and she would like to ask you a few questions to find out more about your situation. We have staff trained as Car Seat Restraint Technicians so they will be able to help. Debbie is usually here from 8 AM to 4 pm. Thank you!!
