Does anyone know the Pre-Eclampsia/Eclampsia awareness colors?
I want to get an awareness ribbon tattoo for surviving severe Pre-Eclampsia and also for my son's prematurity but I can't find anywhere that says what the official colors are.
Preeclampsia S. replied:
Hi Melissa- we have made them bright pink and navy blue (similar to the Infant Loss Awareness ribbon and the Promise Walk). You can go to promisewalk.org to see the colors, and we've actually had a few supporters get tattoos in the past with the Promise Walk ribbon. Very cool! :)
I would LOVE to bring awareness to this serious condition. As I severe PreE d& HELLP during my first pregnancy and it came close to PreEwith my 2nd. Is there any Walks in the DC, VA, MD area?
Preeclampsia S. replied:
Hi Angela- you are in luck: we have a walk in the DC-metro area in Wheaton, MD which would likely be your closest; another walk in Westminster, MD; one in Richmond, VA and one in Abingdon, VA. If you go to www.promisewalk.org and click "Register" you can see the list of walk locations. We look forward to having you join us, and glad that you made it through your pregnancies safely!
