  Cherry Hill Dog and Cat Hospital 410-398-1331 any vet can do it, but its going to cost more because its takes more time. I don't know of any place that will be discounted though.

  One of the cheaper vet clinics in the area is Cherry Hill 410-398-1331, you can also try Basin Run in Port Deposit they are the only clinic in the area that accepts the SNAP certificate which you buy online.
