About us

Little Mim's Bakery is what happened when a little Irish girl came to Manchester and decided to bake some cakes. She baked for friends, she baked for family, she baked for anyone who liked cake until one day she decided to bake for the world! So she set up Little Mim's Bakery from her own kitchen and now she bakes for anyone who loves cake as much as she does (and she LOVES cake!).
