  As many of you know our previous management company (Pennywise Management ) sold his HOA management business to Rocky Mountain Property Management late last year. As many of you are aware RMPM have been extremely poor at managing our community and needs. Because of so many ongoing issues with RMPM it was necessary to sever our relationship with them. That being said the Marshall Lake Hoa board has entered into contract with a new management company that will officially go into effect on May 1st. Please do not send any future HOA dues/payments to RMPM and if you already have please try to keep a receipt of it. Because this change had to take place so suddenly we were unable to get the proper notifications out so we are using social media to start with. Please feel free to contact any of the Marshall Lake board members with questions and we will do our best to answer them. If your HOA dues have been paid in advance they will be credited. Please send any/all future monthly payments to; Maximum Property Management 2851 So. Parker Rd. Suite 840 Aurora, Co.80014 This will be a somewhat difficult transition based solely on our current situation. Please be patient and I assure you it will be much better. I know we will be mailing out proper notifications and introductions as soon as possible. If you know any neighbors that might be unaware and need notified please contact them with this information.
