  The Longview Jaycees run Trade Days. Their number is (903) 753-4478, but you'll probably have to leave a message. I don't think there's ever anybody there. Alternately, you can go to the Longview Fairgrounds on Friday and talk to Billy. There's usually an extra spot they'll be glad to let you have.
