  Hi Mums! I'm a Personal Trainer, Registered Nurse, and Group Fitness Instructor. I specialise in Women's fitness and health, and offer training one-to-one, in pairs, and groups (Mermaid Beach based and a mobile Gold Coast service). I run Women's Boxing Classes at Mermaid Beach 5.45 am Weds and 9.30 am Friday (and will be starting another mid morning class soon too). Classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and bubs are welcome. It's only $50 for 4 Weeks, and you will see your fitness improve VERY quickly. You will also meet like-minded ladies and will have fun! For Personal Training I have a variety of multi-session discount packs available. I also run 6 Week Programs.
