  Hi .. I'm an outdoor alternative one to one Personal Trainer. I also do indoor PT. Alongside this I run fun and social group fitness sessions in and around the Tamworth. These are undercover as We hire out Ankerside car Park as a venue. We also do alternative outdoor group fitness in tamworth and local area. On Sunday mornings we do Free Charity Fitness Sessions which are outdoor in Hopwas woods .. Let me know if I can help Simon 07870 270 483 .. Thanks for the referal Beth Walker
