  Hi Tomek, I know people have tried these for CBT's in the past: http://www.scotriders.co.uk/ and they're quite good. I think they're doing them right now. For the full license he would have to either do lessons (try Scot Riders again) or if he wanted to do it quickly he could do an intensive course, search Google for 'intensive motorcycle test Scotland'. It's the same as the regular test, you just do it on a bigger bike.
