My name is Jarrod, a university educated exercise scientist, qualified strength & conditioning coach, and sports trainer who has been working in the high performance unit of a National Rugby League team for the past two years. Experienced and qualified to help you achieve your goals, I use the same training and progress tracking measures as Australia’s elite sport organisations. With a broad and comprehensive knowledge of the exercise and health field, Beast Mode PT provides services in body transformation (weight loss, mass gain & everything in between), sport-specific performance enhancement, strength & power development, aerobic & anaerobic fitness, nutrition programs & advice, speed development, and biomechanical analysis, for individuals as well as small groups.
