I just want to start feeling better. I have a gp but feel as if they don't care too much about my anxiety. Sort of like "its just anxiety" and sends me on my way. My psychologist is away until mid october... and really needing to see someone asap, because i can't handle living this way. Sorry for the depressing post. Just need some guidance.   Tiffany, the first and best thing you have done is reach out for help. Good on you girl! You are already moving in the right direction! Try ringing someone like beyond blue on 1300 224636. They might be able to point you in the right direction. Remember hon, you are not alone, or on your own in this. Good luck to you. Sending good vibes your way.

  Your GP can help find one too, I think care plans are also available for some, where you are entitled to a number of free sessions, not sure on details though. Best of luck with everything. Also let him know the details for Life line ect...pop them on the fridge/notice board there's always someone willing to listen.   I'm sure someone will be able to recommend you a doctor soon enough in this thread, but in the meantime you can always speak to Lifeline (13 11 14) or Beyond Blue (1300 224 636). Hoping you get the help you need soon.
