  Real estate agent.... Hi just wanting to know thoughts on who CMs consider to be a great real estate agent as we gear up to sell our home. It is In Garran and has been built based off an American Hampton House. Would love to find an honest and friendly agent that also is reasonable on price.   Nicole Kirkwood thanks for putting my name forward. To the original poster, I know most of the agents mentioned here and most of them are pretty good. I'd recommend calling a few for a chat and an appraisal of your house and then seeing who you click with.
