Febondi Catering Services was registered on February 20, 2008. It is solely and locally owned by Mrs. Hazel Bonaga. The business is in the line of food industry and its pillar is heavily dependent in customer satisfaction. To be able to deliver satisfaction to each client, Febondi make sure that they provide efficient and quality service.

When you enter the function, you will really see that everything was setup beautifully as all has been carefully planned, months before,for the big party. There was no problem on the party itself (Meaning the party per se). But little did you guys know that we have been stressed all day because of the worst caterer I have to deal with. It's no other than Febondi Catering. My sister has been in contact with Grace for all the requirements which she agreed on. Everything is in the contract and all that. But when the caterer arrived, instead of black themed tables and chairs they are setting up white for our tables and chairs? What the heck! I asked the one setting up and he said nakalimutan nila. Nakakaloka! The table clothes are the satin ones which we specifically told them we don't want and they agreed. Table runners where not setup and not even there. My gosh! What kind of service is this. Good thing we had one - we brought our own runner. And the table setup, is tagpi-tagpi... Kita ang paa ng tables etc. I had to comment on it for them to "make paraan". Table clothes have butas that we have to conceal it on the other side of the table and with our runner. OUR RUNNER. Something we bought and brought with us... And when my sister talked to Hazel (I don't even know who she is), she is telling us about traffic and all that and that the place may not be setup on time because of that. And that is our problem? You guys where instructed and given all the requirements we need before hand and yet you want us to adjust and make our tables and chairs in white fabric! What the heck! In summary, I've dealt with so many caterers and this is the worst. They basically place the chairs - with its black cover (that was setup when we already have guests) place the table with its black tagpi tagpi clothe, setup the buffet (main course) area. All others in the venue, we set it up ourselves. Another thing that irritate me is that (even when the event itself has not started - malamang kse di Pag tapos setup Nyo di ba?), one of the waiter asked me what time it will be finish... My god! The nerve! So, please. Don't dare post any photo of the event that the son of the owner took when he visited. Or any other photos of the event, and claim that you guys set it up. Oh please! Don't dare. And don't print it out and have it in your portfolio and say that you set it up. Please don't make your future customers believe that you setup up our party and claim that you guys did it well. Your tag line "events should never have regrets, that's a promise" KALOKA! We really regret it! Your peoole doesnt even have load to call you guys for help or alternative solution on the problem. I have to call you guys using my mobile phone.
