  Have you looked into Sierra's Haven in Portsmouth? They have lots of grants for those sort of things....Their phone number is 740-353-5100. We are getting our cat neutered there for only $15. I wish I had known/thought about them for our dog when she was spayed. They do have restrictions on if male/female, and for certain ones you have to live in Scioto County, so be sure to ask. Hope that helps
