  If you just need a quite place to discuss over coffee or a meal, I would try one of the hotels like Marriot or Crown Plaza. They have reception areas and could easily spend a couple of hours discussing topics without too many interruptions. Otherwise, you could try "ihr buro" in Wieblingen (mentioned by Kristen -- www.idhb.de). They will rent you a conference room with drinks, beamer, etc. We paid 90 € per hour last time we used it. We had our office there for about 5 years.
