About us
The Omega Era are a band who take the stage by storm, a blizzard of huge guitars, bass and drums with the vocals cutting through leaving the audience hooked, with a laid back attitude you won’t find any egos here, just a group of lads confident in their ability to be able to deliver time and time again on whatever stage to whatever audience!
Don’t let the humble approach fool you though, when it’s time to get on the stage and play they are not afraid to take it to you, fast paced, loud and uplifting songs are always on offer, as a reviewer once stated, the music they create would stand up in stadiums as well as the smaller venues
With two years gigging under their belts The Omega Era have built a decent and loyal following willing to travel and have played with such bands as, The Amazons, Glass Caves and False Heads to name but a few, being featured on BBC Radio York for part of Feva a local Music Festival was a particular highlight for the lads but now as ever their gaze has been set on to slightly higher targets, with the festival season in full swing the lads are focused on recording their new EP ready for the summer of 2018, not forgetting 2017 The Omega Era will be looking to grow their fan base and gain more experience gigging with superb bands at superb venues with the help of Promoters such as Scruff Of the Neck Records and Various Sole Promoters
The next two years for this band will be very exciting and well worth tagging along for a ride
