  Hi there, we are a small, Basingstoke based business who do bespoke dressmaking and alterations as well as interior sewing like curtains, cusions and roman blinds. We are looking for a property to rent to use as a shop where we can sell things as well as meet clients and do fittings. We have been told we can't go to viables craft centre because there is already a dressmaker there and we have looked at basepoint but the price there is totally unrealistic for us at the moment. Can anyone suggest anywhere else that might be good? Thank you.
