  Our friend is looking for a low-cost vet to pull their elderly chihuahua's teeth. We already asked LAW, Bucks County SPCA and Animal Alliance, but no luck so far. Any tips would be MUCH appreciated. Willing to travel too to put this poor dog out of his pain.
