*Home based business* It all started back in 2005 when my mother wanted to make me a very pretty baby shower cake. It was the cutest present cake I had ever seen. From then on she began to get cake orders. Her cakes started expanding into tea cakes being sold in BBQ restaurants. She came up with the name A TASTE OF HONEY ( Honey the name my daughter calls her). Then in 2011 my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to stop making cakes. The cake world had stopped for her. She was getting orders all the time and had to tell her customers that she was done making cakes. At that point I started making birthday cakes at home (nothing major). In 2014, my cousin asked my mom would she bake his friend a baby shower cake. She told him that she can not do it and recommended me. From then on I knew this was what I wanted to do. So here we are 20 cakes later and orders for the rest of the year piling up. Thank you to all who have supported me, Thank you to my family for helping me on those stressful nights and afternoons to get the customer their cakes. And a big THANKS goes out to all the kids that see me decorating and tell me how great and beautiful my work is even though I may think it looks like crap. Keep those orders coming.
