  WE will draw your sketches into floor plans to scale, and show a rendering for $150 per floor or add $75 for lofts and/or bump-outs. , and then draw construction drawings for $350 more, trhis includes your mechanicals as you design them and the materials you plan on using. For code compliant, we would ask $150 more. And for license to build as many as you want, add $75 each up to 10 homes. You supply the sketches and we turn around initial plan for review in 1 week. One add -on not ever done would be trailer plans, probably better doing a brand for those, they range from $300-1000 for building plans already designed… www.avfloorplans.com for contact.
