  I can HIGHLY recommend JMF Contracting. 516-823-1599. I've worked with Joe the owner professionally, and this guy is simply the best general contractor out there. Treats his subs with respect, stays extraordinarily communicative with his crews, subs and clients. Its a smaller operation than some, but his service is outstanding. For really stunning high end work, the Nicotras of Rockville Development are top notch. Pricey, but absolutely gorgeous work. Ive also worked with these guys professionally. (516) 779-7693
