  I was a property manager for 6 years and have dealt with various carpet cleaning companies. The best so far is Assured Carpet Care. Call Barry at 604-819-3843. He is very conscientious and was the cheapest too. Cheap does not always mean no good! : ) He did my 4 BR house with large living room/dining room, hallway and stairs for $150. I was so impressed though that I gave him a good tip.
