Service Information
◾Buffet service, which includes delivery, set-up, and limited clean-up is provided.
◾Clean up service is only provided for items we provide to service your event.
◾Standard table service includes 10” disposable dinner plates, heavy-duty plastic cutlery, dinner napkins, plastic punch and water glasses, and bowls when necessary.
◾Linen table covering provided on buffet and beverage tables.
◾Complimentary beverage service is provided during your meal. Can be available longer for an additional service fee. A punch fountain is available for $30.
◾ Double buffet lines set up for parties with 225 guests or more.
◾Leftover food on the buffet will be properly packaged, labeled, and refrigerated for you. We do not assume liability on the leftover food.
◾Clearing dinnerware from guest tables is included. Additional services such as linen service, china, silverware, etc., are available and billed depending on the needs and size of your party.
◾An approximate guest count is requested at the time the event is booked. A final guest count is required a week prior to the event.
◾Hall fees or surcharges are extra.
◾Michigan sales tax is not included in prices quoted.
◾Gratuity is left to the discretion of the customer. Generally a 10% - 15% tip on the total bill is customary.
