  Could anyone recommend a local, reliable electrician for a small job? Lights gone out on ground floor after pull switch 'flashed' but subsequently came on again. Has now done same thing again, however. Circuit breaker not tripped. I'm guessing a loose connection, but should probably be fixed by someone less likely to make the water supply live...
