Eleanor Henderson is qualified in acupuncture, sports massage and pregnancy massage with a First Class BSc (Hons) in acupuncture.
Eleanor studied acupuncture at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture & completed her degree at the University of East London. She also studied and worked in China and obtained a certificate in clinical practice from the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing, China.
She specialises in stress relief, depression and anxiety, pain relief and women's health. She is a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network with a women's health clinic treating menstrual irregularities and pain, PCOS, nausea, helping in fertility (natural & assisted / IVF) and throughout pregnancy and into menopause. Eleanor's many years of experience with sports massage allows her to also treat back, neck, shoulder pain, sciatica, migraines and headaches.
Alongside Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncture, she is skilled in trigger-point acupuncture and massage (for musculoskeletal problems), electro-acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, cupping, gua sha and moxibustion.
She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), a voluntary register that has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA). This Accredited Voluntary Registration scheme was set up by the government to improve standards and safety for the benefit of the public and demonstrates her commitment to high professional standards, to enhancing safety and delivering a better service. She is covered by full public indemnity and liability insurance.

So the 'tummy treatment' is a no for me.
