  4 months storage for non sentimental things like a dresser and desk? Really? Desks and dressers are sub $50 items on Kijiji/Craigslist. Sell what you have, and buy similar items on your return. Photo albums, heirlooms, things with irreplaceable value and worth to you - these things are not replaceable and worth storing.
