  I had a horrid experience at neighbourhood dental centre on danforth. When moved here a year ago I had to change dentists. They had a tendency to always be late 10-15min when said on time to. I went in for a filling yesterday. The tooth had no pain or was not crumbling. I At the end she told me that it will need a root canal and crown. The catcher is I know my teeth really well as I have had lots of fillings and know specifically the procedure they did will weaken my tooth and speed up time frame for root canal. The dentist did not apologize. The kicker was this was the second time they did and I already meet with the office manager once to complain that I would not of proceeded with the filling I was aware of the outcome and she assured me it would never happen again. Needless to say I was furious and closed my file on the spot and now looking for a new dentist. I am out 500$ in insurance which is a huge chunk too. I would not recommend them and looking for dentist recommendations closer to danforth.

  She's not on Danforth, but she isn't that far away either and right on the subway around the corner from Bay subway station. Dr. Jay Malowany and her staff are fantastic. I've been going to her for years now. http://www.doctorjay.com/
