  Jennifer C. wrote: I originally asked Chris Souza to show me one house, upon arrival we did a walk through and explained concerns about the property and what I was looking for which he seemed unconcerned. I asked several questions about the house, such as how old the windows, roof, plumbing etc. and he was unable to answer and told me he would get that information for me, which he never did. Against my better judgement I made an offer (which was not accepted), after he called his wife over to convince me the house seemed fitting for me. I contacted Chris a few days later that I found another house that had just hit the market. Chris told me to wait because he was busy! I am so glad that I went with another realtor because I may have lost the house I was looking to buy if I had waited! If you are looking for a realtor that has your BEST interest in mind, and will do what needs to be done, is prepared and knowledgeable, and is willing to work with you on your terms, this is not the guy for you! Absolutely the worst! In fact, he is so terrible his own family, close friends and acquaintances won’t even use him as a realtor, or recommend him to anyone. Consider yourself warned.

I've looked on zillow, realtor, etc but have found they are not always up to date. We are transferring from out of state so having to find something long distance presents it's challenges.
