  I need a recommendation of a good, trusted kennel boarding facility in or near West Cobb, or a reasonably priced dog sitter. We have to go out of state (we are flying) May 18-24. I took Finn for an evaluation at Bow Wags and they said he was super stressed with ALL the other dogs and that he's not ready for a place like that just yet...with all the dogs in the same room together. I think he was just nervous about being in a new place with lots of dogs (all different breeds, some were towering above him). The lady even said he is very, very sweet one on one or with just a couple of dogs. Not with an entire "pack". I know he is good with another dog or two because he is around others and has done just fine. Please let me know soon if there are any great places. I'll need to make arrangements soon.

  Pet Play Place is an awesome facility , and not just cause I am the Asst Mgr. My 3 bassets have stayed there while we've been out of town. Check us out at www.petplayplace.com Hounds are properly spoiled here! !

  Ours love Pet Play Place however, as others have mentioned...looks like dog flu came through since mine caught it (or Kennel Cough) there. They are actually closed until Monday for "semi-annual cleaning" but I think it was so they can disinfect everything since they've never done that before in the 4 years we've been taking them.
